BowenPhotography > At times I am reminded of what my husband "really" does for a living. I'm very proud to be his wife. Being the spouse of a firefighter can be quite nervewracking. Our husbands (or wives) are gone for 24 hours at a time. They have to hang up the phone mid-conversation everytime the bell rings - no matter what. They rarely get to sleep the entire night thru when on duty. They miss alot of family events, little league games, Christmas mornings and school plays. We can not worry about them when they go to work. We have to trust in their good judgement and have faith that God will guide and protect our loved ones while they are called on to save lives and property.
